Glad All Over removes the cost barrier that keeps kids out of soccer. We work with local clubs to fund children who have the commitment and potential to play — but don't have the resources.
Pay-to-play is pricing children out of the game. Not just elite pathways — participation itself. A global, low-cost sport has become artificially expensive. We exist to remove that barrier, working within the system while we're here to change it.
Modest, well-targeted funding unlocks disproportionate outcomes. Here's the whole model.
Local clubs refer children, roughly ages 7–14, with clear commitment and potential who don't have the resources to play.
We pay targeted support — $300–$500 per child — directly toward club fees, kit, and related costs.
Lightweight referrals, quick decisions, minimal admin. Money on the ground where it matters most.
Richard played semi-professional soccer in England and has spent his life coaching youth teams across multiple sports. He's been a senior sales executive and a serial entrepreneur.
Glad All Over is his focus now: a practical attempt to make sport accessible for kids who'd otherwise be locked out — starting with one child at a time.
